Shipping: Currently we ship to all locations in India only. Shipping is absolutely free for all orders inside Kerala. Our aim is to ship the products in a quick, safe and inexpensive manner. Processing the order normally takes 7 -10 working days and then Shipping normally takes 2-3 working days.
We try our best to deliver orders to customers within a very short span of time. Please note that delivery time to the end user is subject to certain factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners due to adverse weather conditions and strikes.
We do not ship backorders. We aim to keep every item on our website in stock. If there is an item which you purchase and then we realize this item is not available, we will promptly inform you within 2 working days of your purchase and fully refund your money for the out of stock item.
We can only process one shipping address per order. So, if you would like to order several items and ship to different people, please treat these as separate orders. We cannot ship to Post Office Box addresses and take no responsibility for non-delivery of orders in case the delivery address includes P. O. Box details in any part or form.
Returns, exchanges and refunds: Before you return a product from Srishti Store, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. All our products are handcrafted by traditional craft persons and made to order. This resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other.
Though all our products are made to order, NOT ELIGIBLE for Refunds. However please note that Return and Exchange will be applicable to a product, when there is a serious defect in fabric or different from its description.
Return and exchange will only be done in the following cases:
- Genuine defect in fabric.
- Genuine quality issues.
- Packages lost in transit.
- In case Srishti Store discovers that a wrong item has been shipped to you.
No return and exchange will be given in the following cases:
- In case of minor design and colour variations.
- Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
- After many failed delivery attempts by the shipping partners.
- Package refused by recipient.
- Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
We will review and honour the return and exchange up to 7 days from the time you receive the item(s).
Note: Return and exchange will only be made after we have received the returned shipment except if the package has been lost in transit.
Sizing: The fit of our clothing depends on the cut, fabric and style of each garment. Some garments are designed to have a looser, relaxed fit and some garments are styled to be more fitted. Please review our sizing guide to select the size best suited to you.
Product colours: We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on this web site. However, because the colours you see will depend on your screen, we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display of any colour will be accurate. Reds and blues tend to run. Please always wash like colours together and dry inside out in the shade. Silks must only be dry cleaned.
